We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2-4 hours during business hours. For urgent same-day orders, please email before 10:00.
For standard bouquets, same-day delivery is possible if you order before 11:00 on weekdays. Wedding and event floristry should be booked at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability of specific blooms.
We deliver throughout greater Copenhagen and can arrange delivery to Roskilde, Helsingør, and other nearby areas. Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our standard zone.
Yes, though availability depends on season and our growers' current harvest. Let us know your preferences and we will advise what is available or suggest suitable alternatives.
Our courier will attempt to leave flowers with a neighbour or in a safe location. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or collection from our studio.
